Beautiful free-spirited Nina (stuning newcomer Aleksandra Vujcic) is Bosnia refugee living with her family in suburban New Zealand. When she begins an intensely passionate affair withe a handsome Maori co-worker (Julian Arahanga), it sends shock waves through the tightly-knit migrant communities.
